Last week A1 children cleared out our garden. We put on compost and sheep's poos to make the soil healthy and planted vegetables and flowers. We can't wait to see them grow!

Great job A1! You worked really hard to clear out the weeds and put in the new plants. Remember that we need to keep watering them every day to make sure that they grow.
Wow A1, cool video! I think Ms Mulrennan chose that great music because she can speak a bit of Spanish. You will have to ask her what the song means. Watch out for Stu, I think he has his eye on some of your plants.
Hi A1! How are you? I like your garden. I think you should come and let me out of my new hutch so that I can have a closer look at your plants. I won't eat any... What do you think?
Hi A4 no se. Which means I don't know what the music means in Spanish but I picked it because it makes me feel happy and the A1 children like the beat.
Hi Helen We planted cabbages, lettuces, silverbeet, spinach and some pink flowers and white flowers. Esther want to know - have you eaten these vegetables at home?
Hi Esther, Yes I have eaten those vegetables.I like all the vegetables you are growing except silverbeet I don't like it very much. Do you like eating vegetables Esther?
Come on Chester! I read your comment and you are not being fair. I will keep my promise to the A1 children and I will not eat the vegetables. I thought you were my friend. . .
Hi A1 Would you like some of my chooky pooh for your garden? Henrietta, Beavis, Prudence and Sally would kindly give you some IF they could have some veggie bits later. I can't bring them to school but could collect some in a bucket. Mrs Compston

Hi Stu
We would like to take you to our garden but we think you might eat the plants. Can you promise not to eat them all up?
I like this video. The song makes me happy.
This song makes me want to dance.

I liked doing the garden and it is so beutiful.
I am very sad. Do you really think I would eat your plants? I promise I wont.
I wouldn't let Stu anywhere near your garden if I was you. He is not good at keeping promises.
But please don't tell him I told you that!
Estupendo! What great work you guys did. You looked like you were having so much fun getting into the dirt.
What vegetables did you plant?
Hi Helen

Hi A1, I loved your video. It looks like you were having fun gardening. Our garden is getting eaten by snails, what about yours?
Miss Mac
We enjoyed working in the garden with A1 children.

Hi Helen. I like eating vegetables but I don't like chillis. I like fish too.
I liked doing the garden. I planted lettuce.
I hope your plants can grow fast. It was interesting watching your video of gardening. I hope Chester and Stu don't eat your plants - or the snails!

Yes please. We would like some chooky poo to help our plants grow up big and high. We will send some vegetables to your chooks.
That is a cool song Ms Mulrennan.
Hi A1. I looked at your garden yesterday. Wow the plants have really grown. I like all the flowers mixed in with the veges. Keep up the good work!!
They must have had so much fun
